Position: Management Trainee for Financial Services

Type: Full-time

Joining Location: Siruseri, Chennai

Work Location: Siruseri, Chennai (Location preferences will not be considered. Students should be flexible and willing to work at any location assigned to them. Above work location can change as per the project allocated)

Compensation: INR 9.00 LPA/ 10.00 LPA/11.00 LPA(As per the total months of work experience) (Internship experience will not be considered as work experience).

Passing Batch Year: 2025

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects, providing fresh perspectives and analytical insights.

• Identifyopportunitiestooptimizeprocessesandcontributetotheimplementationofinnovative solutions.

• Analyze key performance metrics, contribute to reports, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

• Receive guidance and mentorship from senior leaders within the organization to help shape your career trajectory.

• Engage in rotational assignments across departments to gain diverse experience and insights.

• Participate in structured training sessions to enhance your skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolledin a 2-year Full-timeMBA/PGDMor equivalent program.

• You must have 6 to 18 months of experience working for Capital markets, investment or wealth management firms in IT or Consulting.

• 60%throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma and Graduation

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio) and other relevant tools.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
