Job Description
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
- Performing ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Experience with technical SEO (e.g., able to implement structured markup, provide detailed instructions for handling server errors and poor page speed, etc.
- A proven track record of driving results (SERP rank, traffic, engagement, and conversions) is a plus
- Working knowledge in Javascript, HTML, and other programming languages as it pertains to SEO
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Excel
