Responsibilities

• Design and write scalableand high-quality code.
• Enforce a test-driven approachin the team through peer code reviewsand automated test cases.
• Provide leadership and mentora group of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Successfully manage the daily challenges of a technicalenvironment and guide the team in resolving technical issues.
• Manage and drive complextechnical projects from the planningstage through execution.
• Perform code reviews and effectively manage the technical debt

Qualifications

• Have a Systems/Computer Science/BTech/MCA, or equivalent degree
• Have relevant work experience of 1 to 3 years with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in advanced technical positions (Software design, architecture, scalability, availability, security etc,)
• Have extensive knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js and commonJava libraries and frameworks. Proven experience in implementing design patterns and using best design practiceslike SOLID is a must.
• Exposure to Kafka, ElasticSearch, Azure Cloud, Ubuntu.
• Have experience with Micro Services includingREST/SOAP services.
• Strong proven skills in collaborating with multiple teams and providingtechnical leadership. Good interpersonal skills.Should be a good team player.
• Articulate and should be able to express ideas and issueswithout inhibitions
• Able to grasp functional aspects well (quicklyand with minimalguidance)
• Passionate about owning the solutions and getting thingsdone through out-of-box thinking.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies & tools.
• Domain knowledge of SaaS products in the BFSI space is desired but not mandatory.
