Job Description: Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: 3 Months to 1 Year

Salary: 1.5 to 2 LPA

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift Timings: EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services to meet their needs.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business strategies and targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in EST timings and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in working with international clients.
• Knowledge of the local market in Hyderabad.
