We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SDET with up to 6 months of experience to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on both manual and automation testing, leveraging tools based on the Selenium framework along with programming in C# and SQL. In this role, you will…

• Execute test cases and validate application functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects to ensure software quality.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using a Selenium-based framework.
• Integrate automation tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous quality assurance.
• Write and maintain test scripts in C# to automate functional and regression tests.
• Utilize SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Work on testing and automating both front-end applications developed in React and API
• Leverage basic knowledge of AWS for testing cloud-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.
• Explore new testing tools and technologies, including emerging trends in AI, to enhance the testing process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support seamless and efficient software delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and test plan discussions to promote best practices.
• Participate in agile activities like sprint planning, and technical design reviews; provide input as appropriate.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with an enthusiastic mindset of “Want to Learn a lot”.
• 0-6 months of experience with active hands-on development experience in C#, and Automation framework preferably Selenium.
• Exposure to testing and developing automation for Microservices, and RESTful services.
• Strong in OOPs and Good to have exposure to design principles like SOLID, KISS.
• Knowledge of working on projects with public cloud providers like Amazon Web Services is a plus.
• Knowledge testing and developing automation for Advanced front-end development frameworks and platforms like React is a plus.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server/My SQL. Exposure to other non-relational DBs like DynamoDB is a plus!
• Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile development methodologies
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Conversant in algorithms, software design patterns, and their best usage.
