We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineering trainees to join us in Pune. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally. You can expect challenging and engaging real-world projects where you gain an understanding of each stage of the marketing and sales funnel. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and develop a knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify, organize and update customer contact information

• Guide customers to register and use Customer Portal

• Answer customer‘s basic questions about the Red Hat subscription model

• Support customers on basic issue of using Red Hat Enterprise Linux

• Call back customers to track and confirm the current status of the submitted technical issues

• Network with other talented associates in an inclusive and diverse workplace where you can be yourself and thrive

What you will bring:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 

• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions

• Willingness to learn and proactivity work as a part of a wider team

• Obtained a valid certificate in Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
