Job Description:

As a marketer at DSB, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans that align with our brand, engage our target audience, and drive meaningful results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

A marketing manager would undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business's sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build brand awareness through various media outlets.
• Plan sales and advertising campaigns.
• Collect and analyze market research data.
• Identify potential markets and test them extensively.
• Work within various websites & platforms to manage the sales of our product.
• Design and oversee ad layouts.
• Working on 7 key principles – Product-Price-Place-Promotion-People-Process (or Positioning)-Physical Evidence (or Packaging)
• Develop a brand style guide to ensure consistency in marketing efforts
• Create a multi-channel marketing content strategy
• Manage external partners for marketing collateral creation
• Track KPIs- Key performance indicators of marketing campaigns
• Write marketing messages for online and offline campaigns
• Working in complete sales activity from pre sales & post sales i.e.  giving offer up to product delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience similar role in marketing.
• Content decisions.
