ClearTax today is India's leading fintech SaaS platform, serving 3K+ enterprises, 6L+ SMEs, and 5M+ individuals, with our ITR, GST, e-Invoicing products, and more. While the journey has not been easy, it has been transforming.

Founded in 2011, the decade-long journey of ClearTax defines growth. Starting with just 3 tech products related to tax and filing, we now build mobile and web-based SaaS products for invoices, taxes, payments, and credit and augment them with strong advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.

We are also a Series C funded startup with a strong team of 1000+ members, and as we continue to evolve into a world of new-financial solutions, we're looking for individuals with perspectives to join our team.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Independently own the design and execution of high impact projects

• Identify bottlenecks across business processes and design strategic initiatives to resolve them

• Collaborate with various functions to drive execution, identify potential risks and work towards mitigation

• Prioritize projects based on impact to the company, effectiveness of action, risks etc.

• Monitor project progress against defined milestones, and maintain a disciplined rhythm of review cadence and documentation

• Create, iterate, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and driving business recommendations.

• Identify actionable insights and share recommendations to influence the direction of the business.

• Strong problem-solving skills; Flexibility to adapt to diverse problem areas

• Ability to work with ambiguity of problem statement

• Data-oriented with a strong grasp on excel/spreadsheets.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- comfortable working with various functional teams
