Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.
• Develop and manage engaging content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and align with the brand’s voice.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and algorithm changes.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in market research.
• Identify opportunities for growth through competitor analysis and market research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends.
• Experience with content creation and graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or Google Ads would be an added advantage.
