Responsibilities:

• The intern will be involved in end-to-end recruitment for Global Operations.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinating with hiring managers for specific requirements.
• Managing candidate pipelines and keeping them engaged.
• Assisting in offer letters, onboarding, and maintaining databases in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Graduate students in HR or a related field is preferable.
• Skills: Good communication, organisational skills, and understanding of recruitment tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS are preferred.
• Bonus: Familiarity with recruitment practices/HR.
