Role Description:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Carrier Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Limited’s HVAC division, you will spend considerable time learning the HVAC business, strategy & go-to-market.

Responsibilities:

• Candidates will be working in Sales & Aftermarket & Solutions division of HVAC business & will be posted across different locations in India.
• Candidates will have the opportunity to understand HVAC business, sales & service verticals, our digital offerings & how Carrier offers Solutions to our customers for their HVAC needs & also meet their sustainability goals.
• Candidates will be working with respective supervisors at the assigned location to develop future business via our sales & services offerings.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills with good logical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• We are looking for highly motivated individuals who will bring to Carrier fresh thinking & have the ability to question status quo
