Job Title: AI/ML Intern

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, Hybrid

Overview:

The CX team at Angel One is driving customer service enhancements with a digital-first approach. We are scaling IVR, Chat assistant and a few other avenues to provide a seamless support experience to our users.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain a robust dataset containing conversational queries and corresponding expected responses.
• Design and implement automated UI test scripts to simulate end-to-end conversation flows.
• Assist with the integration of the final dataset into an LLM-based judge evaluation framework for acceptability testing.
• Develop and implement mechanisms to continuously monitor automation test logs and bot performance.
• Expand automated testing frameworks to include comprehensive edge case and negative scenario testing, ensuring predictable chatbot behavior under diverse and unexpected user inputs.

Who you are: 

• Proficient in working with LLMs
• Knows Python scripting for ML Internship
• Knows basic prompt engineering
• Knows basic data analysis
