About Us: We are an early-stage startup on a mission to create innovative, better-for-you snacks that blend traditional flavors with modern nutritional trends. Currently in the R&D phase, we’re developing disruptive products to make a mark in the food and beverage industry.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic intern to support the end-to-end process of new product development. This role offers hands-on experience in formulating snack and beverage products, coordinating with manufacturers, and managing key aspects of R&D and go-to-market readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and refining snack/beverage recipes in collaboration with food technologists or consultants.
• Research and source ingredients, packaging materials, and potential suppliers aligned with product goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) for pilot trials and production runs.
• Coordinate the development of samples, manage R&D timelines, and ensure milestones are met efficiently.
• Document formulations, updates, and production workflows with accuracy.
• Stay informed about FSSAI regulations and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct basic market and ingredient research, analyzing nutritional trends and benchmarking against competitors.
• Contribute to cost analysis of formulations and potential manufacturing expenses.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and external stakeholders to bring concepts from the lab to shelf.

Requirements:

• Background in Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates or final-year students welcome).
• Passionate about food innovation, nutrition, and the CPG (consumer packaged goods) space.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with evolving responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and research abilities.
