Know about Occupational Personality questionnaire (OPQ)  

As part of the process, you are required to complete an online personality profiler- the OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire). This will help us understand your behavioural preference in a formal work environment.

This is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers. We would advise you to go with your first instincts in responding to the questionnaire.

To complete the profiler, there is no time limit; however, it generally takes 20-25 minutes. Please complete it in one sitting. Kindly take this assessment sincerely as it is an important part of your candidature. To understand more about the OPQ, do watch this interesting video.
