Develops, implements and / or delivers (via various channels) technical training as it relates to the organization's products / solutions. Primarily provides training directly to internal staff (i.e. engineering and technical team members, sales consultants, etc.) but will occasionally provide technical product training to product end-users, partners and customers. Works with product development teams to update training materials and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of courseware and supporting materials to align with new product releases. Uses adaptive learning methodology to address specific training needs and makes use of technology to create e-learning, computer-based and engaging customer training documents.

Responsibilities

• Gains familiarity with Technical Training concepts, practices and methodologies.
• Learns to perform training duties, including: Performing training needs assessments.
• Designing, developing and maintaining end-user training materials and hands-on exercises.
• Delivering training programs.
• Troubleshooting operational issues.
• Evaluating training effectiveness.
• Updating materials and programs based on customer feedback.
• Learns and complies with DN training policies and standards.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Technical Training.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
