Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Intern to join our Fynd AI PIM team. As an intern, you will get hands-on experience in product management, AI-driven cataloging solutions, and PIM workflows. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to enhance our platform and deliver a seamless experience for users.

About Fynd AI PIM:

Fynd AI PIM is an AI-powered Product Information Management (PIM) system that automates cataloging, enrichment, and multi-channel distribution for e-commerce businesses. Our platform leverages AI to enhance product content, streamline catalog operations, and drive efficiency for brands and retailers.

What will you do at Fynd?

• Learn and test the product to understand its capabilities and limitations, assist in documenting test results.
• Attend stakeholder meetings, record MOMs, set up demo accounts, and support in creating presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Work on data analytics and dashboards to assess product performance and support benchmarking and research of AI-powered PIM solutions and industry trends.
• Perform documentation tasks for product features and processes, including setting up and organizing catalog data in Excel sheets.
• Experiment with AI prompts to refine AI-driven content generation for optimal results.
• Write basic JavaScript scripts to automate small tasks (optional).

Some Specific requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in product management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce, catalog management, or AI-driven applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Excel, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
