Role Overview

We are seeking a medium to senior-level Frontend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, userfriendly interfaces that power our AI-driven platform. While you will be remote most of the time, you are expected to attend on-site meetings in Ostrava once a week. You will work closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders to craft seamless, visually compelling, and performant applications that enhance our users' experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Frontend Applications:

Build robust, scalable user interfaces using ReactJS (including both hooks and components) that align with our design standards and user experience goals.

• Implement and Optimize UI/UX:

Leverage your strong UX skills to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences. Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX design and frontend development to continuously improve our products.

• Style and Layout Implementation:

Write clean, modular, and maintainable CSS and SCSS to ensure consistency across the application. Optimize styles for performance and responsiveness across devices.

• Cross-Functional Knowledge:

While the focus is on frontend development, familiarity with backend technologies, especially .NET 6 – 9, is a plus. This knowledge will help facilitate eYective communication and integration with our backend systems.

• Product Ownership:

Own the entire front-end development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through testing, implementation, and maintenance. Act as a subject matter expert and drive strategic decisions regarding UI/UX and technology stack improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in ReactJS, including hands-on experience with React hooks and component-based architecture.
• Strong skills in CSS and SCSS with a keen eye for detail in design and layout.
• UX/UI Design Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to implement compelling user experiences independently, as there is no dedicated UX/UI design team.
• Desirable Technical Experience:
• Knowledge of backend development, particularly with .NET 6 – 9, is advantageous (not mandatory).
• Professional Experience:
• Medium to senior-level experience in frontend development, with a portfolio or work examples demonstrating your ability to create sophisticated, production-level applications.

• A strong interest in AI technologies and emerging trends in the digital workspace.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high quality and performance.
