Role Purpose Summary:

As a Software Engineer, you will join a team to participate in the specification, design, development, defect fixing, testing, maintenance for software for life sciences Mass spectrometry instruments and allied products using programming languages python, C++, QT Framework, QML.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with Senior software Engineers to develop software modules and applications using Visual studio, .NET and Python technologies and test the models and Modules using test cases development in Python.

Explore Bio applications related to Cell painting and share the thoughts to improve algorithms using Python.

Work with image processing, Cell painting Algorithm models built in python, testing, metrics evolution, models integration with PCA product line instrument software application and modules. 

Assist the Senior developers in tech documentation, Defect reproduction, Defect fixing, Manual and Automation Test cases writing and tests execution etc.

Candidate Educational & Professional Experience Requirement:

Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science.

Proficiency Requirements

•             Ability to programming Python/ C++, QT framework for cross platform and QML.

•             Any automation test cases writing with C++/FTP/NUNIT/...

•             Knowledge on Image processing libraries in python like OpenCV, Pytorch, TensotFlow, PyAutoGUI.

•             Python models integration with C++, QT.

•             Logical thinking and Quick learning.

•             Good and clear communication in English.

•             Strong willingness to make career in coding.

Experience Preferable:

Aspiration to work on sophisticated technologies like Python & C++, QT, QML and image processing models. Various tools and framework with C++ technology and debugging knowledge is preferable.
