About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Engineer Intern for either the spring or summer to join our growing team. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on real world Agentic Workflows in the field of Legal Tech. You will work closely with a highly skilled team to tackle complex challenges in areas such as Generative AI, scalable platforms, cloud-agnostic solutions, and enterprise-grade systems.

As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact by contributing to real-world projects that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and security of our software platforms. You’ll also collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, including top AI engineers, legal and risk professionals, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Collaborate with senior engineers to design, build, and deploy software solutions aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Participate in debugging, testing, and improving system performance.
  • Work on end-to-end engineering tasks, from prototyping to production-ready deployment.
  • Explore and implement cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks to enhance product capabilities.

Qualifications:

• • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and a passion for learning and contributing to innovative projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience with Generative AI, APIs, or cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Exposure to end-to-end software development processes.
  • Interest in legal tech or experience working in a startup environment.
