We are a leading chatbot platform company looking for enthusiastic freshers with an IT background to join our team as Chatbot Developers. In this role, you will leverage our drag-and-drop builder to create innovative and interactive chatbots. Basic knowledge of API, Webhook concepts, and JavaScript is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop chatbots using the company’s drag-and-drop builder.
• Understand business requirements and create conversational flows to enhance user experiences.
• Integrate APIs and webhooks to enable chatbot functionalities.
• Collaborate with product and customer support teams to understand requirements and deliver effective chatbot solutions.
• Conduct testing and debugging of chatbot functionalities to ensure seamless user interactions.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new features and updates on the platform.
• Document chatbot flows, configurations, and integration points.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to chatbots.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Requirements:

• Basic understanding of API and Webhook concepts.
• Familiarity with JavaScript is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Prior experience with chatbot platforms or conversational AI is a plus but not mandatory.
