We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer specializing in Flutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications for our banking solutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using Flutter.

· Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement new features and enhance existing ones.

· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

· Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Flutter Developer (No academic Projects / Showcase Banking or financial projects).

· High Proficiency in Dart programming language.

· Working Knowledge of creating widgets and reusable components

· Working Knowledge of state management solutions in Flutter (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).

· Working knowledge of MVC, MVVM etc frameworks

· Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications to backend services.

· Working Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Working Knowledge of mobile app security best practices.

· Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

· Working Knowledge with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development (TDD).

Additional Skills Preferred :

· Understanding of banking and financial services industry requirements.
