About CodeHers 2025:

CodeHers is an exclusive coding challenge organized by Walmart Global Tech India, designed to empower female engineering students and make technology careers more accessible. This two-day event attracts over 100,000 registrations annually and provides a platform for students to showcase their coding skills, compete with peers, and unlock exciting career opportunities with one of the world’s leading tech companies.

Program Highlights:

• Open to: Female engineering students pursuing B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in India.

• Batch Eligible: 2025 & 2026 graduates.

• Job Location: Across India (Bangalore, Chennai, and more).

• Last Date to Apply: 02 March 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Degrees Eligible:

   • B.E/B.Tech (Full-time) – Batch of 2025 & 2026.

   • Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) – Batch of 2025 & 2026.

   • M.E/M.Tech (Full-time) – Batch of 2025 & 2026.

2. Branches Eligible:

   • Circuit Branches Only: CS, IT, ECE, EE, EEE.

3. Academic Requirement:

   • Minimum 7.0 CGPA.

   • Students not meeting this criterion will be disqualified.

4. Additional Guidelines:

   • Participants using multiple IDs will be eliminated.

   • Only 2025 graduates will be considered for full-time roles, while 2026 graduates will be considered for summer internships.

Competition Structure:

The challenge consists of three levels:

1. Level 1 – MCQ Challenge:

   • 25 objective questions to test computer fundamentals.

   • Time limit: 25 minutes.

2. Level 2 – Coding Challenge:

   • 2 problem statements to solve in 90 minutes.

   • Focus on logical coding solutions.

3. Level 3 – Final Evaluation:

   • Cumulative scores from Levels 1 & 2 will be considered.

   • Top performers will be shortlisted for interviews.

Result Declaration Process:

• Each coding question carries 100 marks (equal weightage for private and public test cases).

• A thorough sanity check will ensure fair evaluation.

• Participants using unfair means will be disqualified.

Rewards and Opportunities:

For 2026 Graduates (Summer Internship 2025):

• Internship Duration: May – June 2025.

• Stipend: â‚¹1-1.1 lakh per month.

• Locations: Bangalore & Chennai.

• Additional Perks:

For 2025 Graduates (Full-Time Roles):

• Job Role: Software Engineer.

• Salary Package: â‚¹18-21 lakhs per annum.

• Joining Bonus: â‚¹2-3.5 lakhs.

• Stock Grants: Up to ₹2.5 lakhs.

• Additional Perks:

  • One-way airfare for self and dependents.

  • Two weeks of initial accommodation.

  • Interviews will be conducted in descending order of scores until all positions are filled.
