What You Will Do

Product Management:

• Support new product opportunities from evaluation to production launch.
• Validate and refine customer requirements in collaboration with Internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of technical documents, samples, and prototypes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close technical and business assumptions.
• Prepare and submit production quotes, securing customer commitments.

Product Costing & Analysis:

• Cost Calculation: Analyze and calculate cable assembly costs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Cost Reduction: Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Cost Tracking: Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial alignment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in costing.

 Who You Are

·       Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP systems (preferred).

·       Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.

·       Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
