About the Role:

As a JavaScript developer at effy, you will be at the forefront of working directly with customers across the globe solving interesting business problems in Data, ITSM, CRM, HRTech, and Productivity & Collaboration. You will be joining a culture-first team of domain experts who are passionate about technology.

An ideal day at effy will see you working closely with the founding team and customers to brainstorm, identify the right implementation, build and deploy your solution for customers to use. We are serious about work life balance, so it’s kind of a big deal here! :)

What you bring to the table:

1. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand project requirements.

2. Write clean and reliable code that adheres to the coding standards.

3. Good knowledge with JavaScript and MERN Stack.

4. Design and Develop RESTful API to support front end functionalities.

5. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

6. Good communication skills and the ability to articulate your solution precisely.

What it takes:

1. 0-2 years of experience in software development.

2. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 & Bootstrap.

3. Good problem solving & analytical skills.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
