As a Full Stack Developer Intern at Tata CLiQ, you will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, helping to build and optimize our e-commerce platform. This role involves hands-on learning and application of modern web technologies, enabling you to work across the entire development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to deliver features that improve the customer experience and drive business growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. End-to-End Development- Work on both the client side (front-end) and server side (back-end) of applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. 

1. Front-End Implementation- Assist in creating responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries or frameworks. Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency. 

1. Back-End Integration- Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database structures. Help optimize data flow and ensure robust, scalable application architecture. 

1. Collaboration & Code Review- Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews. Work with senior developers to follow best practices and maintain coding standards. 

1. Testing & Debugging- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Troubleshoot issues and assist in improving application reliability and performance. 

1. Research & Innovation- Stay updated on emerging technologies and open-source tools. Suggest new ideas and approaches to enhance our e-commerce platform and internal processes. 

    

Qualifications 

Required 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Fundamental understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one back-end language (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.). 

• Analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. 

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Preferred 

• Basic experience with web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Express, Django). 

• Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and RESTful API development. 

• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerization (e.g., Docker). 

• Experience contributing to or leveraging open-source projects.
