Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Service Delivery Freshers to join our team. Freshers will assist in delivering high-quality IT services to our clients and internal teams. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT service management and delivery.

Preferred Skills

·       Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Unix), Cloud

·       Good understanding of a programming language / scripting

·       Basic knowledge of Networking, Cyber Security principles.

·       Familiarity with SDLC, IT service management concepts

Key Responsibilities

      Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring systems. This could involve Datacenter, Cloud Infra, network, or security issues.

·       Manage infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.

·       Manage and operate infrastructure and operations in line with service and experience level agreements.

·       Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure.

·       Identify ways to continually improve services and increase operational effectiveness.

·       Manage and govern ongoing service delivery and enhancements.

Eligibility Criteria

·       60% overall education.

·       Year of graduation: 2024 / 2025

·       BSc. IT / CS/ Maths OR BCA with programming knowledge mandatory)

·       Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Good in Written and Spoken English and interpersonal skills.

·       Good Document writing skills and SOP preparation

·       Ability to collaborate and work independently and as part of a team.

·       Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

·       Location – Bangalore/ Chennai
