The Team

The incumbent will be part of Zeta’s People Success Team. The team is responsible for creating the people strategy at Zeta and ensuring its translation into meaningful programs and initiatives that shape the employee experience. A key focus of the team is to work on initiatives across different areas in Human Resources and work with business teams to create a culture focused on unparalleled growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in executing people programs across Zeta or for specific OUs 
  • Build and anchor employee communications for projects  
  • Build engagement strategies to help initiatives gain traction in the HR team and in the organization  
  • Contribute towards research and design of talent management, learning and employee engagement programs 

Skills:

  • Strong functional understanding 
  • High ownership 
  • Problem solving skills  
  • Confident with strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong Analytical capabilities 
  • Proficient in MS Office  

Experience and Qualifications

  • Education Qualification : MBA/Masters in Human Resources or I/O Psychology
  • Experience: 0-6 months
