Institution Requirement:

• Qualifications must be acquired as a regular scholar from a UGC-approved and AICTE-recognized institution.
• Degrees from non-UGC-approved/non-AICTE-recognized institutions or through correspondence, online courses, or part-time studies are not eligible.

Academic Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have completed the qualifying course in 2024 without any backlogs.
• Minimum of 65% required in 10th, 12th, Engineering, and MCA/M.Sc (Cybersecurity).
• If completed Diploma after 10th, a minimum of 65% in Diploma is mandatory.
• If both 12th and Diploma are completed, a minimum of 70% in both is required.
• No score improvement attempts allowed.
• Maximum of a 1-year gap allowed between any two academic programs since SSC.

Eligible Courses:

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, E&C, E&TC, Telecom, Communications, Electronics.
• MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science/Information Technology).

Graduation Year:

• Only candidates who have graduated in 2024 with a Provisional Degree Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet are eligible.
• Candidates who graduated before 2024 or hold an M.E/M.Tech degree are not eligible.

Percentage Entry Requirement:

• Academic scores must be entered as a percentage (%).
• If the grading system is CGPA-based, convert it into percentage as per university guidelines.
• Entering CGPA directly will result in disqualification.

Data Accuracy:

• Details provided will be treated as an application form.
• Incorrect details, whether deliberate or accidental, may result in the withdrawal of the offer letter or termination of employment.

Selection Process:

• Eligible candidates will be invited for a virtual and proctored online test within 1-2 weeks from registration.
• Face-to-face interviews will follow at Tech Mahindra offices.
• Each test stage serves as a filter for the next round.

Registration Confirmation:

• Upon successful registration, a Registration ID and PIN will be sent via email.
• These credentials are essential for future correspondence and test participation.
• Failure to receive the ID and PIN could be due to incorrect details provided.

Employment Clearance:

• If currently employed, obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or proper clearance from the current employer is the candidate's responsibility.
• Previous work experience will not be considered for extra weightage.

Reapplication Restriction:

• Candidates who appeared for Tech Mahindra’s fresher recruitment drive within the last 6 months are not eligible.
• A clear gap of 6 months must exist between the last attempt and the current registration.

Application Accuracy:

• Double-check personal details, contact information, and academic credentials before submission.
• Submitted details cannot be corrected or amended later.

Work Environment Flexibility:

• Candidates should be flexible to work in an agile environment on various projects, locations, and shifts.

No Expense Reimbursement:

• Tech Mahindra will not reimburse any expenses related to the registration or test process.

Onboarding Process:

• Onboarding will occur in phases as per business requirements.
• The decision for onboarding rests solely with Tech Mahindra.

No Recruitment Charges:

• Tech Mahindra does not charge any fee or payment for recruitment.
• No third-party agencies are authorized to collect fees on behalf of Tech Mahindra.
