Automotive

• Create software for various automotive systems, such as Infotainment, Navigation and Advance Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
• Understand and derive software design and performance requirements from user needs.
• Conduct software tests to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the software meets quality standards.
• Work closely with Hardware Engineers to integrate and validate software and hardware systems.
• Perform updates to improve performance and adapt to new vehicle requirements.
• Document software functionalities for future reference and upgrades.

• Keep up with the latest technologies trends in Automotive software engineering.

Embedded Systems Software

• Design, development, product validation and sustenance for Embedded Software of next generation products.
• The software stack encompasses system configuration, application software, middleware, OS abstraction layer and Device Drivers
• Understand and derive software design and performance requirements from user needs.
• Conduct software tests to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the software meets quality standards.
• Work closely with Hardware Engineers to integrate and validate software and hardware systems.
• Perform updates to improve performance and adapt to new requirements.
• Document software functionalities for future reference and upgrades.

• Keep up with the latest technologies trends in Automotive software engineering. -

 Eligibility criteria

Education

• 10th Standard: 60% or above
• 12th Standard: 60% or above
• Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 or above as applicable by the university guidelines
• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only

Year of passing

• 2023 & 2024

Qualification

• B.E./B. Tech

Branch of study

Mechanical or Instrumentation or Automotive Engineering, or CSE or ECE or IT and Cyber Security.

Other criteria

• One Backlog is allowed at the time of the Online Assessment.
• Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with 8th semester.
• Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation)
• No Gaps are allowed in the Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 4 years from the start of the Graduation
• Should be from a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
• Candidates will be invited for the test process, who have completed 3 months cool-off period from the previous assessment
• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
• Candidates should be 18+ while registration

Compensation

Elite - Telecom, Automotive, Embedded & CPPE (Security, Java Full Stack) FY 25 Hiring

• INR 3.50 lacs per annum

• Flat Bonus post 6 months from joining – 25K (to be merged with comp after 12 months of bonus payout)
• Regular yearly increments
•  Merge Bonuses on 18th, 24th and 36th months from DOJ

Service agreement

• Applicable for 12 months post joining @ INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis

Selection process

Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment, the below details are appended for your reference.

1st Round

Online Assessment (128 minutes) comprising of 3 sections:

• Aptitude Test – Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (verbal) Ability.
  Duration: 48 mins
• Written Communication Test – Essay writing. Duration: 20 mins
• Online Programming Test – Two programs for coding.
  Duration: 60 mins
• Candidates can choose any one of the programming languages for the coding test: Java, C, C++, or Python

It is Wipro’s discretion to permit/limit the participation of each candidate in the Elite - Telecom, Automotive, Embedded & CPPE (Security, Java Full Stack) FY 25 Hiring recruitment process.

After clearing the online assessment, candidates will have to go through business discussion round Candidates who clear the business discussion round will go through an HR discussion round and finally the HR cleared candidates will be receiving the offer letter.

Registration parameters and selection procedure belong solely to the discretion of Wipro. Wipro is not obligated to disclose any information at any stage of the selection process. Wipro also reserves the right to make an initial offer if the provisionally selected candidate does not meet certain conditions, which are a prerequisite for employment. Wipro also reserves the right to hold the candidate liable if he/she is found to be involved in any illegal activity, for example, Impersonation, fraud, production of illegal documents, etc.

Wipro will inform candidates about the results of the recruitment by individual e-mails or other means of communication provided by individual candidates.

Please note that at any stage, whether during your online test, interview process, and/or during or upon joining the Company, if it is brought to our notice that you have indulged in malpractices or used illegal means to clear your online assessment, the Company shall withdraw or revoke the offer with immediate effect and we reserve our rights to take suitable action against you as we may deem fit.
