Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Management:

  • Design and implement secure, efficient, and compliant data collection systems.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying errors and performing data cleaning.
  • Develop records management and reporting processes and policies.

• Process Optimization:

  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and optimize data collection processes.
  • Automate data workflows and build efficient data pipelines.
  • Evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.

• Requirements Gathering:

  • Gather, understand, and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and validate data requirements, ensuring accurate reporting.

• Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish and monitor KPIs and other metrics to measure business performance.
  • Monitor and audit data quality, ensuring adherence to data quality standards.

• Data Analysis & Visualisation:

  • Design and conduct surveys, and analyze survey data.
  • Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to the employer's or client's business.
  • Produce visualizations and reports using tools like SPSS, Power BI, and SQL, and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to support decision-making.

• Research & Insights:

  • Conduct sector and competitor analysis to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
