• We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring and supporting Public Cloud, Hybrid Cloud and On-premise infrastructure. You will become an integral part of the team, making every problem of the platform a problem of your own, and solving them accordingly.
• Job Responsibilities
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux and Windows OS, basic knowledge in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
• Proactively monitor customer issues until they are fully resolved, keeping the customer informed along the way of incident  lifecycle
• Focus on support tickets, incident management and application monitoring.
• Document key learnings as part of the support you provide.
• Build and maintain excellent communication with customers and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Continually improve skills through work experience and training(s)

•  Managed Service environment working in a 24/7/365 environment with on-call benefits and 5 days working. The company would pay good remuneration for the ideal candidate based on experience and expertise.

Requirements:

• Good to have skill
• Knowledge on Public Clouds: AWS or Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge in configuring services such as Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PHP etc.  
• Familiarity with Linux servers in Virtualization and Containerization
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages: Python, Perl, Bash
• Great verbal and written communication skills
