Responsibilities:

• Provide technical briefing and assistance to 3rd party app developers who adopt and integrate Truecaller's developer products.
• Act as a dedicated technical resource for developing partner support for the developer relations team.
• Interact with Truecaller's 3rd party developer partners in person, over the phone, and via email to answer all their technical queries with clarity.
• Help them seamlessly implement Truecaller's developer products to further build and scale with IT.
• Finding ways to improve the developer experience using our product directly.
• Drive the adoption of our APIs, SDKs, and tools by assisting in creating comprehensive documentation and onboarding materials.
• Engaging with developers to nurture relationships and promote the company's products or services.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in building apps ( along with integrating 3rd party SDKs ) on Android and/or iOS with at least one live app with Kotlin/ Java or other relevant languages and familiarity with SDK integration.
• Good Troubleshooting skills on Android and similar mobile platform-based products.
• Excellent verbal communication as well as writing skills including on technical subjects to create comprehensive playbooks, assets, and documentation to support a self-service approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable technical experience.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

It would be great if you also have:

• Familiarity with developer tools, APIs, and SDKs related to our product space.
• Experience with content creation (blogs, videos, or podcasts) and social media engagement.
• Knowledge of web development, cloud computing, or mobile application development.
• Passionate about engaging with the developer community and helping them succeed.
