Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Software Development Engineer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, cloud services, and data management practices, including Redis caching and CI/CD implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using the MERN stack.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities.
• Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage backend applications efficiently.
• Implement Redis for caching to improve application performance and reduce latency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Apply Data Structures and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create maintainable and scalable code.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined code deployment and integration.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system stability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in backend development using the MERN stack.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and their application in backend development.
• Experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Familiarity with OOP principles and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with implementing security best practices in backend development.
