Graduate Trainees are typically recent university graduates who are being prepared to take on specific roles within a company.

They undergo various forms of training, including on-the-job training to gain an understanding of the company’s operations, procedures, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in various training programs designed by the company

• Work under the supervision of senior employees to understand job roles and responsibilities

• Attend all workshops, seminars, and meetings as required

• Assist in the execution of projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor

• Maintain a record of all learning experiences

• Provide feedback on the training program to the training manager

• Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects

• Develop a wide understanding of the company’s values, mission, and objectives

• Follow all company guidelines and policies

• Apply academic knowledge to practical scenarios within the business

• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

Qualifications

• Engineering graduates (2023/2024) in: Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Civil, Production, Automobile, Electrical 

• No backlogs

• A minimum aggregate of 60% in 10th grade and all subsequent qualifying examinations (e.g., 12th grade, Diploma, Undergraduate degree).

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work in a variety of environments, including fabrication shops and training facilities.

• May require occasional travel to other locations or facilities.
