We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. You will be part of a Scrum team responsible for the development and maintenance of robust applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Python, React Native, and data analytics. You'll also play a key role in ensuring our software products are intuitive, secure, and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities:
 

• Perform all phases of software engineering, including design, development, testing, and deployment in an Agile environment.
• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using Java, Python, and React Native.
• Collaborate within a Scrum team to deliver new features, ensuring that all components integrate smoothly across different platforms.
• Design and implement software solutions that are secure, scalable, and efficient.
• Build and maintain custom modules and integrations with external services and APIs.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
• Use data analytics to gather insights and improve application performance and user experience.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and team learning.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• Contribute to testing, including unit and integration tests, to improve code quality.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure that our products are user-friendly and meet business objectives.
• Participate in information security analysis and remediation.

  • 0-2 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in Java and Python for backend development.
