The Web Application Development Engineer will join the team focused on building and maintaining ReactJS-based web applications. The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to the front-end development, collaborating with Backend Engineers to ensure seamless integration with backend systems, and enhancing the user experience through efficient, responsive design. Below is a detailed overview of the key roles and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using ReactJS.
2. Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across devices.
3. Develop reusable React components and libraries for efficient project development.
4. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mock-ups into functional components.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
6. Conduct thorough testing of front-end components to identify and fix bugs or issues.
7. Optimize web application performance through code optimization and performance tuning techniques.
8. Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in web technologies and tools.
9. Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights.
10. Assist in troubleshooting and debugging production issues as needed, ensuring smooth operation of web applications.

Requirements

      Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
2. Good problem-solving abilities.
3. Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
4. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
5. Good presentation skills.
6. Should be able to travel for business purposes.
7. Should have knowledge about Software development life cycle (SDLC), Software manual testing, Agile methodology, Version control using GitHub, and Responsive web design.
8. Should be Intermediate level in Programming languages: Java Script, UI styling in CSS, React JS

      Expected Qualification:

1. Completed Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:

• Computer Science / Computer Applications
• Information Technology
• Electronics and Communication
• Electrical and Electronics

1. Freshers are eligible to apply
2. Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year.

 

Benefits

• During the 12-month training period, the salary will be INR 30,000 per month for candidates with a Master’s degree and INR 25,000 per month for those with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Upon successful completion of training and a performance review, you will be offered full-time employment with an annual salary ranging from INR 4,50,000 to 6,50,000.
