Role Summary

Specializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems (e.g., electro/mechanical equipment, computer, complex software, or networked and wireless systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Hands-on proficiency in using Linux Commands - specifically familiarity with sed, cut, grep commands (familiarity with different options to use)
• Strong Unix / Linux OS concepts
• Certification in RHEL / RHCE is mandatory
• Has good understanding of networking concepts.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and ready to take up new challenges and ready to work in demanding environment
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in EE, ECE or equivalent from reputed institutions.
