Our team is a blend of CS folks and domain experts (biological science and medical MDs, PhDs, etc) constituting a unique community built of alumni from the likes of MIT, Harvard, the IITs, IISc, and other premier institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Linux System Administration:
• Manage and maintain Linux servers and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and update Linux operating systems and applications.
• Ensure system performance, availability, and security.
• Automation and Scripting:
• Good to have understanding of any on the scripting language 
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise on 24/7 rotational basis
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions ( Prometheus, Grafana).
• Security Management:
• Apply security patches and updates regularly.
• Manage access controls and implement security best practices.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Work with development and operations teams to support application deployment and infrastructure improvements.
• Provide technical support and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
