Introduction: 

We are looking for a Co-op Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects utilizing C++ and object-oriented programming techniques. Ideal candidates will be passionate about software development, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to various stages of the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement software applications in C++.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain standard coding practices.
• Utilize object-oriented programming techniques to enhance functionality and improve design.
• Assist in the debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Document and maintain software functionality.
• Engage in agile development practices and weekly meetings to report progress and discuss project details with team members.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Previous experience or coursework involving software development projects is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
