Granicus is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Generative AI Interns. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the cutting-edge field of generative AI, working alongside our experienced professionals.

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Eligibility:

- Full-time students currently enrolled in a degree program related to Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

- Recent graduates (within the last 6 months) with a degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities:

- Assist our team in developing and implementing generative AI applications and proof-of-concepts.

- Work with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and other related techniques.

- Participate in the design and development of user interfaces and experiences (UI/UX) for LLM-powered applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of generative AI.

Requirements:

- Strong foundation in computer science, programming (Python), and data structures.

- Good knowledge and understanding of generative AI tools and services, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.

- Familiarity with machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks.

- Experience with UI/UX design and development for web or mobile applications.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Commitment:

- This internship is a full-time commitment, and interns are expected to dedicate their efforts exclusively to Granicus during the internship period.

- Interns are not permitted to work on any other assignments or projects with other organizations during the internship.

Additional Qualifications:

- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
