Job Description

Job Overview :

We are looking for AI /ML Engineer to develop applications and systems that utilize AI to improve performance and efficiency, including but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, natural language processing.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement models to accurately read and interpret handwritten text from scanned documents.

Preprocess images to enhance text readability and improve model accuracy 

• Design, develop, and deploy image classification models to categorize visual data.

• Optimize and fine-tune models to improve performance and reduce error rates.

• Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and create predictive models using advanced machine learning techniques

• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training to deliver accurate predictive insights.

• Build, train, and fine-tune deep learning models for various tasks, including NLP.

• Leverage existing models and retrain them to adapt to specific datasets and objectives.

• Integrate and consume APIs, such as ChatGPT, to perform generative AI tasks.

• Develop workflows that incorporate generative AI solutions for enhanced automation and intelligence.

• Implement and manage APIs to facilitate communication between machine learning models and external systems or applications.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI products that solve real-world problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into full-fledged AI solutions.

• Ensure that the AI product is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

• Deploy machine learning models into production environments.

• Monitor model performance and implement updates as needed to maintain optimal functionality

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning frameworks.

• Experience with computer vision techniques, particularly in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for handwritten text.

• Deep understanding of image processing, data augmentation, and model optimization.

• Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.

• Experience in feature engineering and data preprocessing for machine learning models.

• Expertise in deep learning models, particularly in areas like CNNs for image classification and RNNs/Transformers for NLP tasks.

• Experience in retraining pre-existing models and fine-tuning them for specific tasks.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating external services, such as generative AI models, into machine learning pipelines.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker for deploying and managing models

 • Experience in building and deploying complete AI products, including front-end, back-end, and AI components.

• Understanding of software engineering principles to ensure the seamless integration of AI models into applications

 • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on machine learning and AI.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and model specifications.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to document and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in machine learning or AI are a plus
