Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled L1 Engineer to join our

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the setup and maintenance

of YouTube studios, managing internet-related configurations such as Wi-Fi routers, and

ensuring the smooth functioning of systems running on Windows OS. Strong

communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. YouTube Studio Setup & Maintenance:

o Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of YouTube studios.

o Ensure all audio-visual equipment is functioning properly.

o Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the studio setup.

2. Network & Internet Management:

o Configure and manage Wi-Fi routers.

o Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity issues.

3. Windows OS Support:

o Provide support for systems running on Windows OS.

o Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems and applications.

o Troubleshoot and resolve OS-related issues.

4. Technical Support:

o Respond to technical queries and provide first-level support.

o Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.

5. Communication:

o Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both English

and Hindi.

o Provide clear instructions and guidance to non-technical users.

6. Patna Studio Management:

o Take care of the overall management and operations of Patna studios,

ensuring they are well-maintained and fully operational.

Qualifications:

o Preferred BE/Btech

o Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.

o Proficiency in setting up and managing audio-visual equipment.

o Proficiency in setting up and managing audio-visual equipment.

o Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi routers, networking, and Windows OS.
