Team description:

• First Point of Contact for managing the SaaS AWS hosted services.
• Day to Day Monitoring for complete Production Systems
  • Proactive & Reactive
• Coordinate with cross functional teams and resolve complex application and server issues.
• Should have Flexibity for working in 24*7 shifts model
• Monitoring using the global tools or tools specific to each system, the Associate Cloud operation Engineer is resposnible to monitor and to ensure the proper functionality of the systems with proactive monitoring of customer invoice flows and SaaS services.
• Manage production systems/servers and recommend ways to optimize performance. Provide solutions/suggestions to problems and prepare related reports.
• Exploring Improvement areas via day to day findings.

Skills & Requirements

• Good Understanding of AWS/cloud computing.
• Working in 24*7 shifts model.
• Experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Linux/Unix/Windows.
• Good database knowledge (MS SQL, Oracle, MySql)
• Knowledge about Linux/Windows based server functioning and networking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• A positive mindset focused on learning & self-development.
• Self-sufficient, with a pro-active attitude, and ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Educational qualifications: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech - CSE/IT , MCA.
• Good to have hands-on for monitoring tools: Splunk/Dynatrace

• Experience: 0-1 Years of experience in Production support and IT management
