In this role, you'll be a key player in our engineering team, crafting highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems that power our innovative, decentralised platform. You'll work closely with product, design, and operations teams to transform ideas into reality.

Become a full-stack champion: Own the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned features – from design and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Communication rockstar: Collaborate effectively with your team and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and project success.

Developer experience advocate: Contribute to a positive development environment by suggesting improvements to tools, testing practices, documentation, and code structure.

Code craftsmanship maestro: Write clean, concise, performant, and well-tested code that others can easily understand and maintain.

Full ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned stories, ensuring their smooth progression through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

2+ years of experience building software applications (internship experience a plus).

Tech stack versatility: Possess strong skills in design, development, testing, and deployment using Golang, Clojure, or Java.

Programming language pro: Be an in-depth expert in at least one of the listed programming languages and frameworks.

Strong fundamentals: Demonstrate proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP), SQL, data structures, and algorithms.

Data modelling whiz: Have experience designing data models for relational databases.

Technical storyteller: Analyse, scope, review, and refine user stories for technical completeness and minimise project risks.
