We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile and API automation testing. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the development and implementation of automated tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify, troubleshoot, and report defects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure testability and reliability of code.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing framework and processes.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve test coverage and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on mobile and API automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, or similar.
• Strong understanding of mobile app testing on iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
