Remote-first, flexible full time
Compensation (lakhs/equity per year) based on experience:
All equity granted via stock options. Most recent equity valuation was ₹147.6 crore.
*Ideal start date is ASAP - role will be closed once a suitable candidate is found

The application form is used above instead of just applying via Wellfound because it is part of our customer applicant tracking system, and asks candidates the following additional information:

• basic info: name, email, location, citizenship, if you know anyone at Pilot
• your experience traveling, why you want to work here, what makes you happy and what you'd do if money wasn't a question, how many years of experience you have, if you're a student, and if so, what your GPA is
• Your resume, if a student, your transcript, and if applicable, a portfolio (e.g. Github in this case)
• confirmation you've read the listed compensation for the role, what your salary expectations are, and when you could join
• some technical questions, such as a background of relevant experience in our tech stack, the most challenging project you've worked on, and a software architecture problem you've solved that a more junior engineer wouldn't have been able to. *It generally takes candidates 20-30 minutes to complete the application form, which replaces the need for us to do a screening call, meaning you get hired faster if successful! *
