What you can expect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud DevOps Engineer at Zoom, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our gateway infrastructure. You will be involved in the design of AI infrastructure at Zoom. You will be responsible for owning the entire Zoom meeting and AI backend server operations and maintenance.

Zoom is at the forefront of revolutionizing collaboration experiences. We are looking for a qualified candidate to join us to continuously elevate our Zoom Platform and AI services to higher levels. Our team's responsibilities include but are not limited to Zoom AI Companion, Marketplace, Event Consumer, Integration and Zoom Apps.

What we’re looking for

• Have BS, BA or MS (CS/CE/EE/IS or related majors)
• Experience in Cloud-Based DevOps or SRE
• Have fair enough knowledge of AWS services, Linux batch command, ELK stack and container orchestration (i.e. K8s, Docker)
• Have hands-on experience on scripting, such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, GO
• Have the ability to monitor, debug and automate routine tasks
• Be familiar with cloud infrastructure technologies and cloud-based test automation solution
• Be willing to learn, be proactive, and think creatively
• Have some experience with AI or Machine Learning
