We are seeking an innovative Research Engineer to join our Applied AI team. In this role, you will conduct cutting-edge research and development in AI orchestration and personalization techniques, with a focus on creating adaptive and contextually relevant AI experiences for users across India's diverse linguistic and cultural landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research to develop novel orchestration techniques for integrating multiple AI models and services.

2. Design and implement personalization algorithms to tailor AI responses to individual user preferences and contexts.

3. Develop adaptive learning techniques to improve AI performance based on user interactions and feedback.

4. Research and implement efficient memory management systems for long-term context retention in AI conversations.

5. Collaborate with other teams to integrate orchestration and personalization capabilities into Krutrim's AI stack.

6. Contribute to the development of evaluation metrics and benchmarks for personalized AI systems.

7. Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and contribute to the broader AI research community.

8. Prototype and experiment with new ideas for improving user experience through AI orchestration and personalization.

9. Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI personalization, contextual AI, and multi-model integration.

Qualifications:

1. B.Tech, M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a reputed institute.

2. Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and personalization algorithms.

3. Experience with large language models and multi-model AI systems.

4. Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

5. Familiarity with reinforcement learning and online learning techniques is a plus.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct independent research.

7. Experience with multilingual and cross-cultural AI applications is highly desirable.

8. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a research-oriented environment.
