What You'll Do:

• Dive headfirst into blockchain development, working directly on our core product
• Wear multiple hats - from smart contract development to integrating with our AI systems
• Contribute to key decisions about our blockchain architecture and future direction

What We're Looking For:

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can work without constant supervision
• Solid understanding of blockchain tech, with hands-on experience in at least one platform
• Coding skills in relevant languages (Solidity, Rust, JavaScript, etc.)
• Track record of building projects or participating in hackathons
• Ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to non-technical team members
• Passion for cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and the future of finance

Bonus Points:

Previous startup experience or involvement in blockchain/crypto communities
Understanding of trading algorithms or financial markets
Experience with rapid prototyping and MVP development
