Application Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Application Engg Intern to join our Organization . This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in managing applications critical to our organization's operations. As an Intern, you will collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless functioning, support end-users, and contribute to the enhancement of our application environment.

Responsibilities:

• Application Support: Provide first-level support to end-users for application-related issues and inquiries around SAP Applications.
• Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to applications, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Documentation: Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Testing and Evaluation: Participate in testing new applications, updates, and patches to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Training Support: Aid in developing and delivering training materials for end-users on application usage and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and business units to gather requirements, provide support, and contribute to project initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in application management and support.

Requirements:

• Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of application management principles, SDLC and IT support concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operating systems.
• Good working knowledge in SQL, C, Oops Concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in learning about enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
• Awareness of new age technologies like AI/ML & applicability in the system
• Know how of API’s working model, Integration architectures , Low code, No code workings.
